Roopkathaa offers women’s clothing, primarily ethnic wear. These terms apply to our website and the shopping services available through it. You may use our website from the age of 15. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or legal guardian to place your order on your behalf.

2. Customer accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you may create an account to use the relevant features. Please provide accurate, complete, and current information. Keep your password confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We aim to display accurate descriptions, images, sizes, and fabric information. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting or screen settings. Please check the product details and size information before ordering. These variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices may change for future purchases. A price change will not alter the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent.

4. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing an order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. A 5% processing fee applies only where legally permitted and subject to the conditions stated in that policy. Your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods remain protected by applicable law.

5. Payment and billing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Available payment methods and applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other fees will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Once enabled, online payments will be processed through Razorpay. Please provide accurate billing details and complete payment as required by the selected payment method.

If payment cannot be completed or verified, we may be unable to fulfil the order. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact you and process the applicable refund. Customer support will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, or card security code.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the delivery partner. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the remedy required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Roopkathaa name, branding, text, designs, photographs, and other website content belong to Roopkathaa or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal browsing and shopping. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially using protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
